Hi, I am a mature female photographer/film maker who owns this house - I am looking for one other to rent a lovely double room. Max people 3 in house.

I prefer someone working full time or who is going to be at Uni full time during the week as I work mainly from home during the weekdays.

My house is close to a small cluster of shops, and a short walk from Dalston junction which is brimming full of cafes and vintage shops.

Dalston is close to Shoreditch, Angel and Newington green, so you are spoilt for choice with things to do and see. Angel, Islington is a short bus ride or 20 min walk away for it's designer style. A no 38 bus which runs all night, goes into the west end and stops one minute from my door and there are lots of other buses too, some running all through the night so you don't have to worry about taxis.

Very friendly and def up for a chat etc, but more suitable for someone who has their own social life. Be lovely to hear from you.
