Very spacious double room with built in storage and bed/mattress provided.

The property is held over the basement and ground floor of a very homely maisonette with front and back garden space, we would share the one bathroom/living room and kitchen area.

The property is located in a nice residential area with easy-to-reach cafes, restaurants and a lovely local pub, you have many great bus links just walking distance from the property and Highbury & Islington, Dalston Junction and Canonbury stations all within close proximity.

I live in the property alone and I am looking for a female student/professional to share my home with and pets are allowed :)

I am currently renovating the premises slowly so decorating will be ongoing.

I am 30 years old working as a Senior Document control lead in the Construction and data centre industry, I enjoy a calm homely environment. I do like to socialise and enjoy going to museums, taking long walks and visiting new places. I am practicing sobriety so wouldn't be the best if your looking for someone to visit the local pubs and clubs but I'm also not fussed to live with someone who drinks, just personally won't be joining in. I'm mostly settled now and enjoy plenty of alone time after work, I also work some evening so white busy and then on weekends I like to hang out with my BF.

I would say the person I'm looking to share my home with should be humble, calm and maybe a bit of an introvert like myself, I am fine with friends/bfs visiting and sleeping over at the property but would like someone who understands that weekdays must be calm due to our working hours so nothing noisy or late during the week.

I'm mostly looking for someone who I feel comfortable to live with and to share a home with.
