This is a spacious, fully furnished room with a double bed and view onto the square. It is a 3 minute walk from Barbican tube station and very centrally located to surrounding London universities. The room comes with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

The kitchen and living room will be shared with me. I am a 34 year old female doing remote consulting work and post-graduate study at UCL. I am active and enjoy sports and socializing. Since Covid I have been working and studying remotely so will be looking for someone who I can comfortably share the space with.

This would be an ideal room for another postgraduate (potentially international) student who is in London for a defined period. A desk can be added to the room.

The building has a lift, concierge and bike racks (£10 per month). Bills and council tax are not included but come in at £117 per month each (if you are one person) or £77.50 each for a couple. Available from 6th Dec.
