We have a fantastic double bedroom with wall to wall storage to rent out in our 2 bed Barbican Flat overlooking the lake. If you would like to rent out the room you will share it with a clean and tidy professional female who is sociable and has lived in London for 8 years.

I have to move out because I've bought a place and so need to fill my room. However, my flatmate will also consider moving out and transferring the lease to a couple or friends who would like to move in together and take both rooms. Now about the flat: It is a type 21 in Andrewes House, which overlooks the lake and is south facing. This means its super bright and also you can fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall outside your bedroom window, a real treat! There are two balconies, one off the living room and the other off of the bedrooms. There is a separate WC and sink as well as a sink and bath/shower so it is perfect for sharing. There is also a full kitchen with two fridges, and modern appliances with lots of storage. The living room is really spacious and perfect for working from home as it is bright with super fast broadband. There is also underfloor heating. All bills except council tax and electricity are included in the price. The electricity bill rarely comes to more than 40 pounds a month for the entire flat. It is quiet despite being bang in the middle of the city. You also have access to private gardens that only residents can access as well as a 24hr porter who will collect your parcels if you are out.
