The flat is a 5 min walk from Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, Farringdon and Liverpool station. If you are into art, the Barbican galleries as well as the Tate Modern are just on the doorstep. There is a conservatorium open to the public on Sundays, which helps to escape London’s rainy and cold weather.

The roommates are all nice Professionals and in their late 20s and early 30s. Federica works in Asset Management, Maria in Art and Filippo in Fashion.

On the administrative side:

You would sign a new contract that would secure you the flat until mid May 2019. It has a 2 months break clause and GBP1365 deposit has to be provided for. The Landlord is very reliable, approachable and mindful (he was living in the flat previously). References and credit checks will be required to sign the contract.

The room would be available from March 1st on. Rent is paid on a monthly basis and stands at GBP984pcm. This does not include heating, electricity and internet charges (c. GBP60 per month). Council tax will also have to be provided for in addition.
