We are four professionals currently living in this wonderful flat and are looking for a responsible tidy, relaxed person to join our flat share.

The room itself is a double sized room but there is a single bed in it, so we are advertising for one person only. It also has a big wardrobe, writing desk and a lamp. Please note that it doesn't have a window so its best for someone who is in a in-between phase and needs a room for a month or two to get settled.

The flat is a very spacious and very beautiful: Modern, wood flooring throughout, with large lounge with semi open plan kitchen and a dinning space, two toilets one bathroom, on a split level, with own front door entrance. Situated in the heart of Barking town centre, very close to Barking station (5 minutes walk)

There are all main shops and local amenities around (Lidl, Asda, Tesco, Barking Town shopping centre (3 minutes away) McDonalds and Gym just across the road)

The rent is £400 p/m, with water, internet, house insurance bills included, and electricity included.

We also have cleaning organised on a rota basis and each of us gives additional £15 per month for cleaning supplies and common toiletries, but you can choose to buy your own based on your needs.

We are looking for someone who is relaxed in a full-time employment or a student, and who is responsible and tidy.

We will ask for a letter from an employer just to make sure you are in employment and one reference from your past landlord or flatmates if possible.
