Two rooms are available.
Both these are spare rooms in a family home in Barking.

Nearest underground station: Upney (Zone 4)
7mins walk from the house.
Barking station is also nearby - one stop away from Upney station. Also, it is easy to commute to central London.

Bedroom details:
Room ONE:
A single room with a single bed.
This is suitable for one person only.

Room TWO:
A large single/small double room.
This has a single bed, built it wardrobes and shelves.
En-suite toilet part of the room. This is private and all yours.
This room is suitable for one person only.

Both rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelving units for storage. and a desk.
You will have access to the main bathroom, washing machine, kitchen & wifi.

You will have your own space in the kitchen and can store any bulky equipment in storage at the house.

The house is in a quite neighbourhood, there is local park walking distance away - good for exercise or just admiring the view and feeding the ducks!
