I'm a 60-year-old professional woman looking for a female lodger. I'm offering a bedroom, living room and loo, ALL FOR LODGER'S SOLE USE (single occupancy only). I have my own bedroom, living room and loo, so we would just share the kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing machine, oven and microwave, although no dish-washer.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes’ walk from Barkingside tube (zone 4 – central line).
I'm looking for someone who is a genuine cat lover and who would be willing to take care of the cat for short periods when I am away. He can be quite vocal during the night though, so please don’t apply if this would bother you.
I am looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, generally quiet and respectful and I can offer the same.
No smoking, drugs or parties.
The rent is £600 per calendar month and includes all bills. First month’s rent and security deposit of £300 payable in advance. 2 references required.
