Two massive rooms available in large house.

Sadly, my two current house mates are leaving London due to Covid related reasons. But on the bright side, this means there are now two really bright and large rooms in quiet and leafy Barnes available! Perfect for professionals who might want to work from home a lot, but want enough space that they don't feel like they're "at the office" all the time.

The house consists of a comfy living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 guest/storage room, large garden, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom (upstairs) and extra WC (downstairs) across two floors.

We are situated a ten minute walk from Barnes Station and even less to many bus stops which will get you anywhere in London in an hour at most. About 35min to centre of town.
There is a Local Sainsbury’s and wee independent shops and cafés nearby (ca. 5 min walk). A small park, Barnes Common, is a short stroll away and Richmond Park can be reached in about 40 min.

You will be sharing with me, Gavin (and another new person). I’m 30 years old, originally from Newcastle, and currently working as a web developer from home. I’m into board and video games, baking and cross-stitching - please don’t be intimidated by my rock’n’roll lifestyle! I value a quiet home (especially during work hours) and am looking for like-minded people. This is not a party house!

Other than that, I’m pretty much open to anyone. I’m happy to have a chat about how we would like to handle Covid safety, but I’d expect you to wear a face mask for in-person viewings.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. I don’t care about your diet, but you should know that I eat meat occasionally. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house.

Accessibility:

There is one step in front of the house and one to the kitchen, which is on the ground floor. 14 steps to the upper floor (bathroom is upstairs). There is no phone entry system.
