Beautiful Room in 2 Bed Flat in Barnes

Unfortunately I have to vacate this beautiful flat in the Barnes area, as I am moving closer to work.

The flat comes with 24 hour security, garden fully equipped gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna included in the price.

The flat as a whole is big, comprising of a big living room/dining area, good size kitchen, double room with En suite, storage area in the hall.

Your room is a decent size room with ample storage but you will also have additional storage in the hall. Also the room comes with your own bathroom, shower and bath tub.

The furniture within the room is brand new and belongs to myself but I am happy to leave them here if we can agree a price.

In terms of bills I pay £145 a month which is split between 3 of us. (as I live with a couple.) This doesn't include heating and water which roughly works out at £350 every 3 months for 3 people. This comes from the agency.

The house is let through an agency so you will have to pass their relevant checks etc.

If you don’t know Barnes, it’s a very safe and smart area (great for celebrity spotting) and is basically a riverside village but just over the bridge from busy Hammersmith. It’s incredibly green with loads of open spaces, sports facilities, beautiful riverside walks and cycle routes.
