We have available a lovely double room in a 3 bed flat in leafy Barnes. The room is 2 minutes walk from Barnes station with some local shops (Tesco, Boots, Dentist etc) also a few minutes walk away. Barnes is a great part of London and away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, Richmond Park located a short 15 minutes walk up the road. The area has lots of great pubs and parks and is a minute train away from Putney which offers a bit more of a nightlife.

15 minutes bus ride to Hammersmith, 20 minutes to Richmond and a 20 minute train to Waterloo

The flat

We have recently moved into the flat which has been fully refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen appliances, (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob). The flat has a large living room with a six seat table, a huge TV which leads onto a balcony. There is a bath/shower with good water pressure, a separate toilet and lots of storage throughout the flat. There is currently scaffolding around the flat which will be taken down shortly. The place is quiet inside, perfect for an undisturbed doze any time of the day.

There is parking available.

The room

The room is bright and airy with a double bed and large built in wardrobes, space to hang pictures and personal belongings.

The flatmates

We are all working professionals, Matt, 25 has been in London for just over a year. The couple, Jack and Lily have been in London for about 8 years. We are all very social but respect some privacy after a hard days work. We enjoy football, movies, gym, eating out, pubs - the usual.

We have only recently moved into the flat on the 8th February so it's brand new for us all.
