Double room available in Barnes Bridge

A spacious double room has become available in a flat on Barnes High Street. The flat is located within a 5 minute walk of Barnes Bridge Station - this provides access to London Waterloo in around 25 minutes and the trains are quite regular. We are also situated a few minutes from the river and Barnes pond - many pubs and restaurants about so it is a very handy location.
The room has a built in wardrobe and there is space to add further storage should you require.
The kitchen is fitted with an oven, grill, hobs etc, and also comes with a fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage for food and utensils.
There are two bathrooms in the property - one with a shower, toilet and sink and the other with a bath toilet and sink.
You would be sharing with myself and Greg. We are two professionals working in banking and IT respectively.
We are into sports, movies, TV and pub quizzing.
Other than that, we are tidy, considerate and we do enjoy some drinks in one of the nearby pubs.
The monthly rent is £800 which includes all bills - we have a cleaner every two weeks which is additional £30 between the three of us.
