Hello,

We are looking for a new flatmate to replace me (Beatriz) in our three-bed flat share in Barnes.

Barnes is a green and friendly area in Richmond, south-west London. London's West End and London Heathrow Airport are accessible via nearby tube as is London Waterloo by train.

Tenancy and Bills

The rent for the room is £643.00 per-calendar month.
The incoming tenant will need to complete the usual tenancy reference/ credit check, which is straight forward.
All bills (water, gas and electricity, council tax and broadband) are evenly shared between us (around £120 per person per month)

No real need to bring anything with you as the following already in-place:
Cutlery, crockery all available for your shared use
Gas hob and oven
Microwave, kettle & toaster

Your potential new flatmates

We are two clean, easy-going, and social young-professionals: Dennis works in research and speaks English and German, and Roger works in IT company and speaks English. We are always open for a chat in the kitchen or dinner together in our lovely living room, but of course we also respect each others privacy.

Barnes and Barnes bridge rail stations are circa 10 minutes ride by the regular bus route that serves this road. Trains to London Waterloo take about 20-25 minutes.
