Two spacious rooms in Barnes until 15th Dec

Hi all. My house in north Barnes has an extremely spacious (3.5m x 4m), furnished or unfurnished room, available now.

There is also a second room, usually used as a spare room, which is slightly bigger but not as well kitted out. So, ideal for guests or friends to stay.

Back to the house, there are:
- laminate floors throughout, with a carpeted stairs
- a galley kitchen
- a shared dining/lounge
- full bathroom (upstairs)
- WC (downstairs)
- gas central heating
- washing machine
- Virgin Media package including TiVo and broadband.
- a large back garden & a front garden too!

*Strictly non-smoking or smokers.*

The main room comes furnished with double wardrobe, desk, double bed (optional), a bedside cabinet and a couple of chest of drawers (also optional).

The main room is available to couples but there would be an extra charge.

It's a relaxed house. I like the odd glass of red wine or cider, curry, going cycling, going to the pub or watching the rugby. Or just chatting.

The neighbourhood is quiet. I have two small canine friends who usually follow me around, but will probably greet you when you get home. Unfortunately, Bouncer isn't a big fan of cats, but another dog may be OK.
