Hammersmith and Barnes/Dbl room with ensuite £900 pcm Incl. bills

We have a lovely, big, well-lit room to let in a 3 floor maisonette. The flat has a bright, clean open plan modern kitchen, which is fully equipped and living room area that everyone uses. There is a large roof terrace, which is a great place to relax on a sunny day.

The room itself is a sunny double room, furnished and carpeted, with two large Velux windows. You would have your own ensuite bathroom (shower/bath, toilet, basin) with a Velux window. The bedroom is on its own floor - with the other two bedrooms up on the top floor.
(The little shelve unit you see in the pictures will not be staying in the room.)

Your housemates will be two professional females, one from Germany and the other from Italy . Both housemates are very easy going, sociable and enjoy living in a clean & tidy home environment. We are looking for a professional female (sorry no couples) who is like minded – fun, clean, tidy, and considerate. We are socialising together sometimes, either sharing a drink or going for a meal, yet respect each other’s space at the same time.

The flat is in Barnes, just over the Hammersmith Bridge. It is just 10-15min. walk to Hammersmith tube station and there are buses directly in front of the flat going in either direction to Barnes or Hammersmith – literally a bus headed to Hammersmith station every 15 mins!

You can go for lovely walks along the Thames, where there are a number of great pubs.

Close to the flat, there is a Tesco Express, Nail Salon, French bakery/coffee shop (full of yummy things!), a Spanish cafe, restaurants, a dentist, and a pharmacy, plus of course Hammersmith is just a very short walk away. Barnes village, which is not far from the flat, has a lovely Farmers Market on Saturdays and generally good grocery shops.

The Bus 72, which you can catch just over the Hammersmith Bridge, goes directly to Shepherds Bush (Westfield), just 15 min bus ride away or the Piccadilly Line from Hammersmith takes you to the centre of town in approx. 20min. Please, note the Hammersmith Bridge is only open for pedestrians and cyclists.

Moving in date 5th December 2022 possibly slightly earlier.

All Bills are included, bills are approx. £150 pp a month (Council Tax, Broadband, Gas& Electricity, Water and TV license)
