Cosy & Welcoming Home On River In Beautiful Barnes

WELCOME TO OUR HOME! (flexible moving date)
We put much love and care into our home, as we enjoy living here in the serenity of Barnes directly opposite the river banks, where you can enjoy a really good run or a nice Sunday walk, whilst also being close to the vibrant lifestyle of Hammersmith with its many bars and pubs (15 min walk or 5min by bus). You also have great access to the overground train from Barnes Bridge (12 min walk or 3min by bus), towards Waterloo station or Richmond.

The house is very new and modern with its fully-kitted kitchen including steal appliances, cosy wood flooring in the hallway and cosy living room and a stylish and new bathroom, in which it is nice to enjoy an occasional bath break.

THE ROOM:
A large sized, light and welcoming double bedroom which has been a real joy to live in. The mattress is amazing and super comfy, which has been one reason for me even choosing the room. So, if you value a good night sleep, you have to try it out. The room also comes with a good-sized wardrobe, a study desk and chest of drawers.

The room rent will increase by 10% on the 01 Jun 2017 (in 4 months) from the advertised price (all inclusive). I think the room and house is really good value for money, and it justifies the rental increase, having seen the prices of many other properties. I would pay it, however I am moving due to work commitments.

We are looking for a quiet, clean and considerate housemate, who enjoys the occasional wine with us while having a good conversation. But we also respect and value your and our privacy. Please note that it is not a party house.
