Great Double Bedroom in Large House

We’re looking for a new housemate as one of our current ones is sadly moving on after buying a house. The house is situated on White Hart Lane in Barnes not far from the river and close to lots of restaurants, shops and bars.

The room is at the top of the house, it’s a double bedroom which currently holds a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It benefits from being at the back of the house overlooking the garden allowing a surprisingly peaceful environment for London.

The photos are from when we just moved in last year, we have now furnished the house and have a TV and Xbox.

Downstairs we have a large living room and a separate kitchen, we have most kitchen utilities including a large fridge/freezer. The garden is fairly spacious with a table and chairs and we have a BBQ for when it’s actually warm out.

We’re all friendly working professionals who like to socialise and go out together and we’re looking for someone similar to move in. We’re 3 guys, one in public services, an engineer, and a surveyor.

The rent is £595pcm with a £900 deposit, the bills work out at around £85 per month each which includes council tax, energy, water and broadband.

The houses is a 5 minute walk to Barnes Bridge Station where the trains go every 15 minutes to Clapham Junction and Waterloo, to get to Waterloo takes around 25 minutes in the morning. There are also buses running through the night going to Richmond and Clapham.

The room is available from the 1st June but an earlier move in date is possible.
