Large Garden Facing Bedroom In Cosy Barnes Home

We are a German/American musician couple and an Italian waiter looking for two new housemates.

We live in an old period house located 10/15 minute walk from either Barnes or Barnes Bridge rail station, and a 2 minute walk from the Priory Lane bus stop with access to Richmond, Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham, Hammersmith etc.

The house has a small kitchen, a beautiful newly decked back garden, a cosy living room, and a full bathroom. We’ve lived here for over 4 years and are fully equip with all general house hold items.

We also have a cat named Arthur. He loves cuddles and stays outside a lot of the time.

The first room is located on the bottom floor and faces the back garden. It is furnished with a mattress/wardrobe/desk/chair and side table, and available immediately for 620 a month.

The second room is located on the 1st floor, small, facing the street and is furnished with a single bed, desk, and small closet space. It is available from July 7th.

We aren’t looking for flop-mates. We want someone reliable, responsible, organised, and open minded, who treats our home as their own, as this is more than just a house to us.

Total people in the house would be 5.
