Huge, fully furnished room to rent in SW London.

We are looking for a young professional to take over my room in our house share in Barnes.

The room is very spacious, set on the ground floor with a double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe and storage space plus a triple wooden wardrobe and a huge feature mirror. Plenty of light inundates this room with two sets of windows overlooking the front & back garden of this 4 bedroom house.

You will be sharing with three young professional males - two British and one Bulgarian. We are quite sociable and enjoy the odd drink and meal out together.

Ideally we would like a housemate that we can have a chat with after work, the odd drink with at the pub but also that respects our privacy and own social lives.

The rent is £550 pcm and this includes all bills: internet, electricity, gas, water and council tax as well as a cleaner that comes once every two weeks. A deposit of £600 is also required.

The house unfortunately does not have a shared living space, but we do have a front & back garden as well as a conservatory off the kitchen. It is also equipped with all the amenities you would expect.
