Fantastic Double Room Barnes Bridge

Hello!

We have one lovely double room available in a 5 bed house with great house mates and in a fantastic location!

The house has two bathrooms, one up one down and furnished.

The house is in a great location, with good sized living room and garden.

There are 4 other housemates (2 girls and 2 guys) all in their mid-twenties / early thirties who enjoy music, sports, cooking, rum and beers by the river!

Work in a a range of industries from PR to Educational outreach.

Love sitting down together for dinner as a house or chilling out watching TV.

We are all good fun but also respectful of peoples personal space.

Bills not included but these usually work out at around £50-60 per month. And there is an up-front deposit to pay to the housemate in the room.

For travel we are about 2 mins walk from Barnes Bridge station which is 20 minutes from Waterloo, and we are about 10 minutes on a bus to Hammersmith for the tube (district/Piccadilly/Hammersmi th & city lines)

Available from Dec 16th but open to negotiation if you need to move in later or sooner.
