£610 inc bills for Cosy double room

I'm super sad to be leaving the home I've loved for three years. Whoever moves in will be a very lucky person.

You'll be living with 4 professionals, all working in different industries. Everyone likes hanging out in the evenings for TV, chats and cups of tea. Equally, we also respect each other’s personal space. We're friendly, relaxed and tidy and looking for someone like-minded.

The house is fully furnished. There is a large living room with lovely French doors and spacious kitchen, as well as a small garden - where we have breakfast and BBQs in summer.

We are looking for an easy-going and friendly housemate to move into a cosy double room. The room Is in the second floor and has everything you need. There is a wardrobe and a set of drawers, a side tables and a super comfy double bed.

The ideal housemate would be someone who has a sense of humour, is considerate, tidy and a relaxed attitude.

We are within 5 minutes' walk from Barnes Bridge train station, connecting us to Clapham Junction (15 mins) and Waterloo (20 mins). There are also very regular buses at the end of the street that go to Hammersmith (tube - Piccadilly, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City Lines) and Richmond.

Bill included in the rent are broadband, sky (full package), gas/electric & council tax. Water is about £40 each every quarter.

Sadly we’re only looking for professional and not students.
