I'm Arthur and I live in a lovely, sunny flat in a quiet block in Barnes with excellent green space on the doorstep.

I'm looking for a professional tenant for either...

- a well-sized single bedroom, which is excellent value (@ £495 + bills at £95 per month).

Or

- a very large double bedroom (@£590 + bills at £95)

I work as an English teacher in a secondary school. But I am also a part-time musician. I have busy weeks during term and I am usually out and about at weekends and in the holidays.

Ideal tenants would be young professionals who are active, sociable and enjoy green space. You would also need to be tidy and considerate.

- Balcony with views over Vine Rd Recreation ground.
- Total peace and quiet: no traffic noise.
- Plenty of locked storage outside flat and on ground floor (perfect for bikes etc.)

Transport: The flat is perfectly located between Barnes Bridge Station (7 min walk) and Barnes Station (10 min walk). There is also a 24hr night bus (N22).

Locally, there are great pubs and restaurants, the River Thames, Barnes Common and Richmond Park. Barnes is also a lovely and caring community - with pop up cafés, farmers markets, a children's book festival and lots of community initiatives.

Notes:
- The double room would be perfect for a couple. Bills would be charged per person, at £71 pcm, but the rent would remain at £590.

- If you work from home and want a dedicated office, there is an option of renting the double room and turning the single bedroom into a shared home office. This would cost £837.5 pcm with bills at £130pcm.
