Hello!

Our lovely flatmates are finally buying their first place and have moved out, which leaves a spare room in our 2 bed flat.

The flat is right next to Caledonian Road and Barnsbury Overground (literally right outside our door!) and about 10 mins walk to either Caledonian Road Underground station or Highbury and Islington (or 1 min to H&I on the Overground).

The flat (and room) has loads of built in storage and wardrobes, and there's a small balcony looking over a cute courtyard in the room available. We have a big open plan kitchen/dining/living room with sliding doors that opens out onto our balcony, perfect for summer BBQs etc. The flat also has a dishwasher and tumble dryer which is a lazy bonus.
Great travel links, nice safe area and loads of amenities nearby including the Hammerton Brewery tap room right across the road.

A bit about us - Henry works in the music industry and Haydn is studying for a masters in sculpture. We've been going out 5 years and spend a lot of our time at gigs, climbing, cooking and binging TV shows (mostly just Peep Show though). We're sociable and go out a lot, but are always respectful of flatmates and keep it quiet when in the flat (and would expect the same in return).

Happy to live with another couple as it's been great for us so far, just a shame our flatmates are moving up in the world!
We're clean without being difficult about it, and Haydn is a decent cook (a life long vegetarian) so we love a good dinner party!

The room is available now so looking for someone to move in asap!
