Beautiful Flat in Barnsbury

Hello potential new flatmate,

My lovely friend and current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and I’m looking for someone to take her room.
I live in a beautiful two bedroom flat in Barnsbury, between Highbury & Islington and Angel. It’s a great place: top floor, wooden floors, lots of light. We have a good size kitchen, a separate living room and a big bathroom with both bath and shower.

The available room is small, bright, cozy. There’s a small wardrobe in the room and lots of space in the living room and in the storage (lucky top floor storage space!). The flat is quite big and it’s develop on three sides of the building.

The contract is managed by an agency and we deal directly with the landlord for everything else. We are lucky to have a private landlord who care about the place as he used to live here with his young family until a few years ago.

About me: Italian, I previously lived in France and I’ve been living in London for 5 years, work in Children’s Publishing, like plants and to create a relaxed atmosphere when I’m home. I’m sociable and at the same time I like that the flat has two communal rooms so we can have our own space when we feel like it.
I’m looking for someone positive, clean, respectful and responsible. I try to live in a sustainable way and I’d be happy to share the flat with someone who has a similar approach.
