Newly refurbished studio as part of my house; I am an early retired professional, looking for a lodger ( this is not a house share).
Entrance via shared front door and hall then down a flight of stairs. Spacious studio with blackout curtains front and back. Ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating throughout. Kitchenette with sink and dishwasher, fridge, microwave and double hob. Table and chest of drawers. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Double doors open onto small terrace. Single IKEA bed opens to double if preferred. Storage one cupboard and a chest of drawers.

I am looking for a a quiet lodger; someone who is looking for a peaceful space who would not be allergic to my cat and will talk to him when I’m away!

Comfortable quiet accommodation,
Nice walk to Angel, Highbury and Islington station or Caledonian Road overground. Wifi. References required.
