Large Double Bedroom in 3 bed flat

Hey - I am moving out of my big double room in this 3 bed flat! Looking for someone to replace me.

The location:

About 15 mins walk North of Kings cross. It’s directly opposite Caledonian Road overground so basically 30 second walk.. or it is only 10 minutes to Caledonian Road tube. Caledonian Road for me has the best of both worlds because it’s full of shops, pubs and restaurants but isn’t too busy or hectic. There is a brewery just around the corner which is a v popular spot! You can walk to Regents Canal in 15 mins, Islington in 15mins, Camden in 25mins, Primrose Hill/Regents Park in 30 mins. It’s super central.

The flat:

It’s a ground floor flat in a gated low rise / new build block of flats which is hidden off the main road. There is a private patio with high fences around so couldn’t be more secure. 2 bathrooms - you would be sharing with one other person, separate kitchen, dining area, living room with an open plan feel. Wooden floors throughout with white walls and currently full of plants. There is also a communal roof terrace which barely anyone uses and definitely comes in handy for the warmer weather!

The room:

Big double room which comes with double bed with 2 attached bedside tables, huge desk, double chest of drawers, big fitted wardrobe with extra shelves inside so there is loads of space! The room also comes with 2 mirrors and has a private door which is a second exit to the wrap around patio outside.

Current house mates:

Lexi and Lulu are both professionals 23 & 25 working in recruitment and the Automotive industry. They are usually up for a glass of wine or a Netflix binge as generic as it sounds. Pre Covid we sometimes go out on the weekends together / to the local pub but also spend time seeing our own friends. They are tidy, chilled out foodies!

The contract is currently on a 1 year lease until August 2021 so you would be replacing me on the contract until then. £767 and bills come to approx £100 on top which is pretty standard.
