I am looking for two new housemates to move into this beautiful Georgian townhouse in an exclusive, central Islington location. Available from the middle of March for a minimum of six months initially, with the opportunity to extend beyond that time.

I am Jacques, a lawyer, and will be living in the other bedroom and sharing the property with you. It has been a sociable property in the time that I have lived there and the living room particularly is the perfect space for entertaining or just chilling.

Internet, utility costs and council tax come to around £150 a month. The entire property is currently marketed at its full value but the landlord has offered a £550 monthly discount (for six months) if I stay at the property and secure two extra tenants.
