Short term lets are given to professionals from reputable companies.
Short term lets are given at a fixed rate of £45 per night.
Flat is a 10 min walk to King's Cross/St Pancras and 8 min walk to Angel. You can practically get to anywhere in Central London within 30 on public transport (fantastic transport links).

The location of the flat makes it perfect for both students and professionals, walking distance to major uni's such as City uni. For professionals, you can get to work really easily, abundance of transport links (King's cross is a 5 minutes away and you can grab most underground lines) or just walk.
This is the largest room in the property, its a huge room with its own private balcony. Furnished with bed, desk, bedside table and wardrobe. This room is massive, you can easily but some sofas inside and coffee table etc. Tonnes of room.
Recently modernized Kitchen and Bathroom with a extra toilet with sink on the ground floor. Recently upgraded combi boiler and central heating throughout the flat.

Upper street is only a 5 min walk and has amazing restaurants, cafes, bars and tonnes of things going on. Same for Shoreditch. Historical Chapel Market is only a 2 min stroll and has cafes, shops, stalls with fresh produce. Sainsbury's and Waitrose. Farmers market on certain days which is amazing (and delicious)
N1 centre is at the end of the market and has a cinema, Argos, and other retail shops.
We do not want tenants who will be having parties and be loud and disrespectful of other tenants and the neighbours. By all means you can bring mates over to hangout but just keep in mind that others live there also.
1 month deposit and 1 month advance.
