One of current flatmates is moving abroad at the end of October so we have a lovely room available in our happy little flat.

The room itself is a good sized double with huge built in wardrobes that provide plenty of storage. There is room for a desk (the room has been rearranged since photos were taken). You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The flat is set over the top two floors of the building with your room on the top floor with one other bedroom and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a second bathroom (with a bath), one bedroom and the living/kitchen area.

We are a stone's throw from Battersea Park, are really well served by the local bus network and are 10 minutes from Battersea Park Station (for Victoria), Queenstown Road (for Waterloo) and 15 minutes from Battersea Power Station (Northern Line). Clapham Junction Asda/Lidl is a 10 minute bus/20 minute walk away, handy for the big shop and there are plenty of lovely pubs and restaurants in the area.

Rent is £767 per month and we put just over £100 each towards bills a month (for now, we are on a fixed energy tariff until next September and hoping things stay stable but who knows what might happen this winter!) making the total monthly cost £870. Deposit is £750.

Your flatmates would be Jess is from Liverpool (28) who works for an engineering company (work from the office 5 days a week) and enjoys swimming and weekly dance classes and Niamh is from Ireland (28) who works for Visit Britain (part time (mostly) office/part time from home) and loves the theatre. We both adore trash TV and would love someone to binge Married at First Sight with!

The room is available from the 1st November.
