Spacious double room to rent in a flat in a superb location; 2 mins walk from Battersea Park itself, Battersea Park and Queenstown Road Stations + 1 stop from Clapham Junction, Waterloo and Victoria Stations. Fantastic location for getting round London with lots of buses as well.

No use of the living room in the flat but the room is big as is the kitchen which also has an eating area. Share flat with one female professional who is chilled, open minded, considerate, friendly. I am usually busy yet I also have time for an occasional drink and a chat when around and free. I am looking for a clean, cool, chilled, considerate, friendly professional who is down to earth and mainly also has interests and activities to do outside the flat.

ALL bills included, 6 months minimum stay and one month deposit required in advance. Flat is available 6 February.
