Large Double Room for Rent in Clapham/Battersea

Our household has a large double bedroom to rent in SW11 5PS. The room comes furnished with bed base, mattress, wardrobe, set of drawers, and a bedside table. The room is has two heaters installed in the room.

We are a socialiable group of girls in the house but we are not really a party household. i am moving to the country and its my room that has become available. There are two others females (24 and 30) in the house who are amazing, both young professionals with wonderful personalities, and always up for a wine and catch up after work.

The house is really clean and modern, plus we have a really wonderful backyard for the summer months and barbeques.

The location is prime, we are in the middle of clapham junction and clapham common. its roughly a 12 minute walk to either station. We are minutes away from great bars and places to eat - and a co-op on our corner, and sainsburys and tesco around the corner!

I am looking for someone who is socialable, up for dinners and wine together with the girls but also happy to have her own time. I'd like someone who is generally clean and nice person. I'd like to have someone move in on the 12th of January. open for discussions for an earlier move in.

Please note there is a 200 pound fee to swap and put your name on the lease at the house.

As it's Christmas time i will be away for a week in between, so viewings can start immediately.
