Small double room to rent in 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Battersea.

10 min walk to Clapham Junction station, less than 5 min walk to lots of buses and 5 min walk to Battersea park.

You’ll be living with myself, my boyfriend (shared room) and one other guy. We’re all ages between 23 - 26 and all working from home full time. We’re a social house and enjoy going to the pub or having people over

The room itself is quite small, but we have a large shared living room, seperate kitchen and an outdoor patio. The room comes fully furnished - double bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside table and tall shelves.

The rent is £650 per month + bills which are around £60/70 a month (wifi, tv, water, electricity & council tax).

The two boys who live here love football and I play netball. We all like to have a drink on the weekend and are a social house :)

We’re looking for someone quite laid back and with similar interests.
