We have a lovely bedroom coming available on the 26th August 2019 (can be negotiable if you need something sooner) in this friendly house share within Goulden House estate in Battersea/Clapham Junction area.

The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one standalone toilet, one shower and one bath/shower with toilet), a deck and spacious living room/kitchen flow. There is plenty of storage space throughout and has been recently refurbished and painted.

We are two kiwis and one aussie (24-28) who are looking for someone that is sociable, clean and respectful. Good banter is also a must.

The house is just a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station (7 minute sprint if you’re late for work), 2 minute walk to bus stops and 4 minute walk to the local spoons.

The available room is fully furnished and comes with a double wardrobe. This room has direct access to the deck with lockable door. The bed has draws underneath (on both sides) so plenty of storage space.

Rent is £620 (pcm) plus bills. There will also be additional bond fees.
