I have lived in the flat for the past two years and am only moving out as I have a new job. It is such a lovely homely flat and I really will miss it. The room is a double with built in mirrored wardrobe, comfy bed and bedside table.
The two current tenants are Zoe who is super lovely, friendly, artsy and cool. Jacob is friendly, fun and chatty. The flat is very chilled but not a wild party house. It is very much a home. It is around 5-7 minute walk to Queenstown road station which gets you to Waterloo in 5 minutes. It’s also a 10 minute walk from battersea park which is (boas aside) the best park in London!
I am moving on 15th October, there is some flexibility with this. Bills come to around £60 a month. No admin fees just a contract name change cost of I think around £70. Also I really am not the best photographer, flat is much nicer and cosier in person.
