I have a room available in this modern, comfortable house on the border of Battersea/Clapham. The room that I am renting has been mine for the past nine months and now that my current flatmate is moving out I am taker her room. The house is cosy and warm with a big, beautiful modern kitchen and a large dining table that opens onto a small outdoor terrace with a new BBQ. You would have exclusive use of the main bathroom just across the kitchen from your room which has a modern shower and bath. The room itself is large enough for me to do my yoga stretches in and has a lovely large window that catches the afternoon sun. The street is very quiet meaning you will always have a lovely undisturbed sleep and there are lots of great amenities only a short walk away, including; Battersea Park (10min walk), Clapham Common & Clapham Junction (20min walk to each), Queenstown Road & Battersea Park Stations (10-15min walk) plus frequent buses one street away to any of the above destinations as well as Victoria and the city centre.
The rent includes all bills such as; Now TV, Broadband, Gas & Electricity, Council Tax and a cleaner once a fortnight.
A bit about me; I relocated back to London for the second time from Sydney six months ago and have lived here the entire time. I work in Victoria as an EA and lead a fairly busy life enjoying London, doing spin classes and also starting part time study next year. My party days are over but I still consider myself very friendly, welcoming, bubbly and fun! I have shared houses my entire adult life and before I came back to London rented the same flat for 11 years with flatmates coming and going for 2-3 years at a time. Home is a sanctuary to me where you can relax and be yourself, cook, sleep, veg in front of the telly and generally recharge yourself! I would like to share with a like minded female with a similar outlook.
