Hi, we are offering a very big room in an even friendlier flat in Battersea as one of our housemates is moving out in the New Year and we are looking for someone to move in the middle of January.

The Room itself (shown in the pictures) is the biggest of the three bedrooms in the house and has great wardrobe space and plenty of room for your other items. The room also comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, mattress and a mirror. The room is £850 plus bills which are usually around another £75

The flat also has a very good sized and homely lounge which we all use to socialise in. There is a cosy kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and the two bathrooms in the house mean that there's never a queue for a shower in the mornings!

The flat also has a balcony from the kitchen and, one of the best features of the flat, it's own roof terrace! This is a great space and gets plenty of use during the warmer months as it is a fantastic sun trap and spot for impromptu brunches!

Location wise we are really well placed. The flat is about a 2 minute walk from Battersea Park station for access to Victoria and Clapham in less than 5 minutes each. Queenstown Road station is 5 minutes walk down the road and provides direct access to London Waterloo. We are also less than 50m from Battersea Park which is a great place to escape the city and is one of the best parks in London!

Both Sinead and I are working professionals in insurance and consulting so are out during the day and at home during the evenings. We are looking for someone who is tidy, clean and who we can socialise and engage in the occasional house outing with. We are both very easy going and respectful of each other and are looking forward to meeting someone similar who could be a great addition to our flat!
