We have 3 double rooms available in a refurbished flat in Battersea Park. The house has just been repainted and new carpets laid. Room are available at the end of Janaury.

Room 1 - £570 per month
Medium size double furnished with double bed, wardrobes and drawers and desk.

Room 1 - £640 per month
Large double furnished with double bed, two set of wardrobes, drawers and desk.

Room 1 - £675per month
Massive double furnished with double bed, built in wardrobes, sofa, drawers and desk. Also has a balcony

HOUSEMATES:
Sharing with young professionals, one British in mid twenties, who works a personal trainer and the other in IT, and a girl from Lithuania , who studies and works in a restaurant.

THE HOUSE:
Large kitchen with all white goods and New oven. Plates, crockery and cutlery all provided.

Bathroom has just been tiled. Bathroom and toilet are separate

CONDITIONS.
Rooms are available end of January
£200 holding deposit to reserve the room.
No deposit taken - pay the first month and last month rental.
First month is calculated per the amount of days you stay in the flat.

Viewings will take place this week.
