Double room in SW8 - shared flat + garden

I'm looking for someone to rent the second bedroom (double / furnished) in Battersea / Clapham. It's a 2 bed flat, 1 bathroom, large open plan and very light kitchen / dining room / living room. Pretty back garden, with BBQ and excellent herb supply – serious summer sun trap.

- 8 mins to Queenstown Road overground
- 15 mins to Clapham Common Station (northern line)
- Good bus links to Clapham Junction, Sloane Square, Knightsbridge, Clapham Common, Brixton, Vauxhall

The area is lovely - quiet street, close to both Battersea Park and Clapham Common. The new Battersea Power station development is nearby - lots of lovely bars, cafés, cinema etc. And Clapham Old Town is nearby as well - again, lots of good places to eat, drink, gyms etc.

I am 36, single, work in the wine trade and based in Clapham. I travel a fair amount with work and am often away at weekends, but when I am around in Battersea I enjoy cooking, a glass of wine and a good tv drama. I like the odd dinner party, and in the summer love to have people over for long afternoons etc.

I have a dog, a lurcher called Willoughby (I am a bit of a Jane Austen aficionado) so dog lovers only please! He is very well behaved, and while I am working stays with doggy day care.

Bills included in the £1100 and I have a cleaner (2 x per month), which is also included in the price.

Parking is available - it is always easy to park on the road. It would be extra - via the council as a parking permit.
