Bright Double Room In Beautiful Battersea Flat

Living Room (birthday decorations temporary!)

We have a bright double bedroom available in our beautiful Battersea flat as I’m moving in with my boyfriend. The flat is a 10-minute walk from well-connected Clapham Junction station, and easy walking distance to Battersea Park!

It’s a spacious flat over two levels with an open plan kitchen/living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bathtub), and a large back patio (ideal for sunbathing!). It has hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, double glazing on the windows, modern furnishings, a washing machine, dishwasher, and lots of storage, (including space for bikes).

The room itself is bright and good sized — there’s room for double bed, two dressers, a wardrobe and a nightstand.

The current flatmates have all lived here for a while now and they’re so fun to live with — I’m very sad to be leaving them! Two are British and one is American. They all work full time (in speech therapy, teaching and philanthropy) and we all enjoy relaxing in the flat together, watching TV, cooking dinner, drinking wine... etc. At the moment, one is working from home and the other two are key workers.

They’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful of others and wants a friendly home to live in! We have all loved hanging out together, cooking meals, drinking wine, watching TV, doing puzzles... (especially during lockdown!) but everyone has their own lives as well. It’s a very liberal household and they’d like to find someone likeminded.

Bills are not included in the rent but work out to about £70-90 per month for water, electricity and gas, tv license. The landlord is great and very responsive to any issues.
The room would be available Dec 21st so we're looking for someone to move in by then at the latest, but there may be some flexibility to move in slightly earlier or later if wanted.
