Unfortunately due to Coronavirus, I’m one of the unfortunate souls with a employment issue and therefore I need to give my room up.
It’s a beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom property. It has access to a shared garden (which is hardly ever used) and a private decking area leading off from your bedroom’s French Patio doors.
In the summer, the garden has sunshine from around 13:00-20:00.
The double room is large and comes with a wardrobe, built in shelving and shelving on the walls - giving you ample storage.
It has a large living area as well.
Your new housemate would be the fabulous Lois, a 30 year old from Australia who’s the most wonderful person in the world. She’s kind, down to earth and enjoys a mixture of everything. From Netflix evenings to weekend strolls, perhaps ending up in a bar.
The property is located slap bang in the middle of Battersea Park and Clapham Common, a 5-10 min walk from both. There’s a sainsburys, coop and tesco all within 3 minute walking distance.
Clapham Junction is approx 15 minute walk or you can take the bus directly outside the property and it takes 5 mins. Same for Clapham Common.
