If you're looking for a place to call home then look no further!

This place has felt like home to me and now it's sadly time to say goodbye.

The room is located on the third floor of the flat, has a view of the garden and the space has been perfect - including a cupboard and draws.
The price of the room is 412 (not including bills) and totals £472 (including bills - internet, council tax and water/electricity/gas).

On the ground floor we have a beautiful garden which we use for relaxing, reading, catching the sun (when it's about) and if you have a green thumb - feel free to dabble in some gardening.

There is a large living room where we enjoy watching movies. It has a gorgeous view of our garden as does our spacious kitchen where we love to cook.

The flat also has TWO bathrooms and extra storage space where belongings can be kept - luggage, coats, shoes and a kitchen storage room.

The flat is located near Clapham Junction and a short 10 minute walk to Battersea Park. The surrounding neighbourhood is a peaceful space but equally a short walk will take you to where it's all happening - Clapham!
We have many shops nearby including Sainsbury, TESCO, LIDL, ALDI, Boots and a lovey organic fruit and veg shop right around the corner - not to mention a fabulous pizza shop (Flour to the People) who also do fantastic coffee/brunch. There is also an amazing Sushi restaurant two doors down. And then there is Clapham where the choices are endless...

If you like to keep active head to Battersea Park nearby. We are spoilt for gym/yoga options such as The Gym and Fitness First as well as some more bespoke spaces. If you own a bike we have a garden shed where it can be kept safe.

I am sure that if you come to the area you will see why I call it my home and enjoy just as much the wonderful atmosphere of the area!

Getting Around: Parking is avaliable in the street for a fee Mon-Fri. Free weekends.
There is a bus stop 1 minute walk from the flat which will take you to Clapham Junction in around 5mins, Victoria Station in approx. 25mins and Vauxhall in around 25mins. It is a great location with excellent and accessible to public transport.
If you ride a bike we also have the river path which is safe and enjoyable for cycling.
