Single room just off Battersea Square

Hi everyone,

Sadly our lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of this month and we therefore need a new one!!

The room available is a single room furnished with a single bed, bedside table and a wardrobe with space to add a desk and other storage units if required. There is also additional storage in the hallway available for this room. Our first floor flat is spread over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms in total. Alongside the bedrooms there is a bath/shower room and separate toilet on the first floor and down on the ground floor is a communal kitchen/living space and a small balcony.

The flat is super well equipped with reasonable bills per month at around £40 (including broadband, gas and electricity and TV) (excluding council tax).

We are a 5 minute walk from the Thames, 10 minute walk from Battersea Park and around 15 minutes from Kings Road and Clapham Junction station. The bus connections are brilliant and you can be in central London within 30 minutes (traffic dependent). The flats have a shared carpark which you can easily get a permit for.

Now, a bit about ourselves: Ruth (25) and Jess (22). We are both very sociable and friendly, love to be active and keep the flat nice and tidy/clean. We enjoy having our evenings in together but also have our separate social lives as well.
