I'm currently looking for somebody to replace my tenancy in this beautiful flat. My housemate, Katie (28), will be staying and is hoping to find somebody to fill my room from the end of March onwards.

It is a two double bed flat. It is a first floor flat split across three levels, so is incredibly spacious and open. The lounge has large bay windows which means it is flooded with natural light and is very bright and airy. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and situated next to the bathroom, you then go up a short flight of stairs to the second bedroom (which is available to rent), which is next to the lounge. You then have a final flight of stairs up from the lounge to the kitchen which is situated on a maisonette. It’s a very cool layout and the space means you are never on top of one another if living as a pair and not a couple.

The flat is located just off Battersea Rise, which is a great location and is just a ten minute walk to Clapham Junction station which has overground links to most areas. It’s also minutes away from Northcote Road which is full of bars and restaurants. It’s a lovely street which is really friendly and has a community feel, despite being in London.
