Double Bedrooms in Battersea House with Garden

Two double bedrooms available in a two-storey maisonette a few streets from Battersea park and the river!

The house has a spacious lounge/diner with a separate kitchen. There’s an upstairs bathroom (with shower over the bath) and a second downstairs loo. The house has tons of storage space and out the back there’s a big private garden (with a veg patch!). We’re a 15 min walk to the King’s road and Clapham Junction. There are buses to Central London and Victoria is a 15 min bus ride away.

My two lovely housemates (a couple!) are moving out and there are two bedrooms available, both of which overlook the garden:

Bedroom 1 (Larger room, £650/month): This room is currently being used as an office (see pics!) but easily fits a double bed with plenty of extra space. The room is available unfurnished, but there’s a large built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 (Smaller room, £540/month): This room is also unfurnished, but there’s a large built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe on the landing outside the room for the sole use of the room’s occupant.

I’m looking for two new additions to my home! The bedrooms could either be taken by two individual people or would also suit a couple who wanted to use one room as a bedroom and the second as an office (as we have at the moment). Both rooms are available from the 01 April (but there’s some flexibility with the move in date).

I’m a scientific researcher and out at work during the week. I’m pretty independent and have my own things going on, but also enjoy catching up with a glass of wine over dinner and watching bake-off with housemates in the evenings.
