The kitchen and living room is open plan, so works great for socialising. There is also a south facing balcony off the kitchen over looking a communal garden- which’s super sunny on a nice day. 5 mins walk to Battersea Park, 15 mins to Clapham Junction station and a Bus stop on the end of the street which goes to central London.
Ideally we are looking for a very sociable person, like us who enjoys spending time with friends at the weekend. We are also very clean and tidy- so that would be a plus.
Room: £500 pcm, plus bills (works out to be £60-£70 a month each). Available from end of August.
