The available bedroom!

Hello!
We're Simmone, Keavy & Georgia.
We're looking to find a chilled girl or guy to fill the 4th room in our house which will become available at the end of November (possible flexibility in date).

A bit about us:
Simmone (British/24) works (from home & the office) in buying for a surf brand, she's always up for a night out, as well as chilling in our lounge on a Netflix binge.
Can be found sewing her own outfit for the next visit to the races back home in York, or running a marathon she's only trained two weeks for.

Keavy (British/25)
A nanny, also working at her brothers restaurant (housemate discount applies if you end up taking the room!)
Originally from the Midlands. Spends her time between our house & her boyfriend Bennys house- you'll get to know both of them. Keeps to herself mostly in the week (after dealing with kids all day!) but lots of boozy brunches to be had at the weekend!!

Georgia (Australian/25)
Working (from home & in the office) for Channel 4 in advertising, she's your typical Clapham Aussie, the biggest social butterfly you'll meet- always there for a chat, a night in where she might even cook you a hello fresh, or a night out- which has been known to go straight through to a 6am spin class! (Aussies don't need sleep!!)

A bit about the room/house:
Comes with a double bed (Brand new when we moved in in March), two wardrobes & a chest of drawers. No desk & will probably be a squeeze if you need one to work from home.
Situated 1 min walk from the closest bus stop, 15 min walk from Clapham Junction station, 2 mins walk from the closest pub- The Latchmere & 2 mins walk from the closest brunch spot-Farmer's Mistress.
It's a 4 bed house with 3 floors, shared communal spaces & a patio/garden.
Our contract is until October 2023- but whenever someone wants to move out we can swap them with a new housemate onto the tenancy agreement- so all you have to do is replace yourself.

A bit about the new housemate:
We hope you'll be up for a post work chat, the odd dinner out or in- but we are happy to welcome someone in who has their own interests, who will socialise with us from time to time, but also has their own friends.
We all clean up after ourselves and it's important to us that you do the same- we do split a monthly cleaner so it's just keeping things nice in between!
