Lovely Single Room in Battersea

Looking for a social female/female-identifying fourth member to move into a lovely and cheap room in battersea. Note, not suitable for WFH or Students

We have a cute single room in a 4-bed maisonette in Battersea Park for only £525 a month (not incl bills).
We are an all female household of young professionals who work in the entertainment/creative industry. the 3 remaining tenants are Phoebe - a kids entertainer/theatre director, (another) Phoebe who runs a local comedy club and Blythe, who works in the medical industry. We like to hang out together watching trash tv or exploring the delights of London, and also respect each other’s space as we work random hours. Probs best you don’t work from home as the room doesn’t accommodate a desk.
We pay wifi and council tax monthly, water every few months and we have a top-up meter for electricity. Budget for £600pm for rent & bills to be on the safe side.

Perks of the place:
Stones throw away from Battersea park which makes up for the lack of garden. Nearby facilities for groceries/gyms/transport (Queenstown Road/Battersea Park Station and Battersea Power Station all very close) Frequent and accessible buses that can get you to Vauxhall and Clapham Junction in about 20min. 420 friendly
