A lovely Double room is available in a trendy modern riverside new build apartment overlooking the Thames.
Its situated in the sought after Battersea area, mins away from Battersea square.
Clapham and its chic bars and clubs are equally only a short bus ride away.
Nearest station is Clapham Junction (12-15 min walk) with trains to both Victoria and Waterloo every 3 mins.
The room offered is a good size with ample room for most items.
The development also benefits from an on site residents 24 hour gym and concierge.
You would be sharing with me, although my stay is very limited as I am not present during the week or some weekends due to work commitments outside of London, and therefore most of the time you would have the flat to yourself.
There is one other flatmate who is a undergraduate student at Regents University London. He occupies the larger double bedrrom within the 2 bed, 2 bath flat.
