Double bedroom for rent in Battersea

I have owned my flat for nearly five years now and have had the same flat mate for the past three years. She is moving in with her boyfriend on the 4th November and I am therefore letting out her room for four months (until 1st March 2019).

The two bedroom (second floor) flat in Battersea (right near the Power Station). It is a 5 minute walk from Battersea Park Railway station and a 20 minute walk from Vauxhall Tube.

I am looking for a clean and tidy female flatmate of a similar age to me (28).

The flat is open plan, very light and modern. The kitchen includes a big american fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The bathroom is shared between the two rooms and has a big shower rather than a bath.

The room I am looking to rent is furnished and contains a double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe (although no duvet or pillows).

I am hoping to find a flatmate who is respectful of the fact that this is my home, but also feels comfortable and like its their home for the next four months.

In my spare time I go to the gym three nights a week and am quite busy on weekends with friends and my boyfriend.

I work full time in Oxford Circus for a Property Developer, but luckily only have to work 9-5. 30.

I do not have any pets at the moment, but would be happy for anyone with pets to contact me so that I can consider them. My flatmate who is moving out has a beautiful British Blue Cat who is sadly going to be moving out with her.
