We have a room with double bed for SINGLE OCCUPANCY TO RENT IN BATTERSEA - SW8 available from the middle of February, would be empty from the 12th. The present tenant will move out in the first week of February but we would like to paint the room because he was living here for about 4 years.

Clapham Common is about 15-20 min walking distance. The room is not large but suitable for single occupancy, has a double bed, a good size built in cupboard and a large chest of drawers. Study table can be provided upon request.
